大黄黄芩合用对银屑病外治作用的研究

Effects of Rhubarb and Scutellaria Emulsion on Psoriasis Mice

目的观察大黄黄芩外用对银屑病的治疗效果。方法以小鼠鼠尾鳞片表皮为实验模型,采用大黄黄芩乳膏外用,并与单味大黄、单味黄芩乳膏以及钙泊三醇和阳性空白乳膏作对照比较,光镜下观察表皮细胞分化的有颗粒层鳞片,并计数。结果大黄黄芩乳膏对小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的促进作用最为明显(P<0.01)。结论大黄黄芩合用可能对银屑病具有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the influence on the process of keratinization in the mouse-tails＇ flakes after topical use of rhubarb and scutellaria emulsion.Methods The effect of rhubarb and scutellaria emulsion on granular layer mouse-tails scale epidermis was observed by longitudinal histological sections prepared from the tails＇skin.Results It showed that the formation of the granular layers in the flakes of the mouse-tails was facilitated significantly in rhubarb and scutellaria emulsion groups.There were statistical significances among these five groups（P0.01）.Conclusion This research proved that rhubarb and scutellaria emulsion has a better efficacy for the therapy of psoriasis.
