高效液相色谱法测定广西四方藤中岩白菜素的含量

Determination of Bergenin in Cissus Pterolada Hayata by HPLC

目的通过不同地区四方藤中岩白菜素的含量的研究,为资源利用提供依据。方法选用Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(25∶75),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:275nm。结果岩白菜素对照品在0.1082-0.5041μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.76%,RSD=1.12%(n=6)。结论定量方法简便、准确、重复性好。

Objective To analyze and compare the differences of bergenin content in Cissus pterolada Hayata.from different regions and to supply a basis for the resources exploitation.Methods The chromatographic assay of bergenin was performed on Agilent TC-C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（25∶75）.The detection wavelength was at 275 nm.Results The standard of curves of bergenin showed a good linearity from 0.1082 to 0.5041 μg and average recovery was 98.76%.RSD was 1.12%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatible.
