摘要 通过在ABAQUS中建立数控成形磨齿机砂轮架的实体模型和有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,得出了砂轮架的固有频率和振型,并对其薄弱环节进行优化设计,得到了动态性能良好的砂轮架,为磨齿机的动态设计提供了一定的参考。 The solid model and finite element model of CNC forming grinding machine wheel frame is established based on ABAQUS. The modal analysis are carried out by ABAQUS, and the natural frequency and vibration mode is obtained. The optimal design of the weak link is carried out, and the dynamic performance of the wheel frame is ob- tained. The simulation results serve as a reference in dynamic design of grinding machine.
