摘要
为了便于新型的传动装置——三曲柄环板减速器的设计,使用VB6.0开发了界面化的设计计算软件。该软件可用于该装置的单环、二环和三环三种基本结构形式的设计计算,通过将VB语言和三维造型软件SolidWorks相结合,实现了该减速器的设计计算、主要零部件的三维参数化造型及二维零件工作图的生成。该软件的开发对该种减速器的实物制造有一定的指导意义。
In order to design the new transmission device--three crank and ring reducer easily, the interface soft- ware about design and calculation is developed on the base of VB6.0. The software can be used for the design calcula- tion of the three basic structure forms of this device, including single ring, double ring and three rings. Through com- bining VB language and 3D modeling software SolidWorks, the reducer design calculation is realized, the three dimen- sional parametric model of the main parts are achieved, and 2D working drawing of parts can also be generated. The development of the software for this kind of gear reducer has some significance for physical manufacturing.
