摘要
在分析曲线齿圆柱齿轮加工原理基础上,提出一种面向制造的曲线齿圆柱齿轮建模新方法,基于UG的二次开发,采用齿坯滚动进给、刀具旋转切削的方法,实现面向制造的曲线齿圆柱齿轮的三维造型,并根据Hertz公式建立了曲线齿圆柱齿轮的接触应力计算公式。有限元分析结果表明,同等条件下曲线齿圆柱齿轮的接触强度较直齿轮、斜齿轮有显著提高,其最大应力仅为直齿圆柱齿轮的73.8%,斜齿轮的76.57%,为曲线齿圆柱齿轮在高速重载等工况下的工业应用提供理论依据和工程应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the generating mechanism for cylindrical gears with curvilinear shape teeth, a new way of sueh gear modeling for manufacture is proposed. Adopting the secondary development of UG and the ap- proach of gear blank rolling feed and gear cutting tool rotary, the three - dimensional model of such gears is accordingly built. And the contact stress ealcutation formula of the curve of the cylindrical gear is established based on the HERTZ formula. Then, with the analysis of the model strength and finite elements performed, it' s confirmed that the contact strength of tooth surface of eylindrical gear with curvilinear shape teeth could be substantially improved, compared with that of spur gears, and that the maximal stress equivalent is 73.8 % of spur gear and 76.57 % of helical gears. There- fore, the theoretical basis and guidelines for industrial applications of cylindrical gears with curvilinear shape teeth are provided by this approach.
