摘要
以某NGW31型行星齿轮减速器为对象,在Romax Designer环境下对整个传动系统进行多体动力学虚拟样机建模,并在该环境下完成了箱体的有限元模态分析,得出其约束条件下的固有频率和振型,找出减速器箱体振动的敏感部位,同时为进一步展开动态响应分析打下了基础。
A NGW31 planetary gear reducer box is researched. The rigid - flex hybrid virtual prototype model of the NGW31 is established with Romax Designer. Then, the box of finite element medal analysis is completed. The natural frequency and vibration type under constraint condition are obtained. Finally, the vibration sensitive parts that maybe happened resonance is found and the basis for dynamic response analysis is provided by the result of finite element modal analysis.
