成人高等教育农村实用人才培养初探

A Trial Exploration on Training of Rural Practical Talent of Adult Higher Education

成人高等教育农村实用人才培养不同于传统的高等教育,学员在年龄、学习目的、精力及时间等方面都存在很强的特殊性。文章界定了农村实用人才的内涵,分析了成人高等教育农村实用人才培养的特点,提出了成人高等教育农村实用人才培养应遵循的原则,阐述了对成人高等教育农村实用人才培养的认知,即成人高等教育农村实用人才培养有利于推动农业科技应用、促进农业现代化发展,既是推进社会主义新农村建设的现实需求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容等。

Rural practical talent training of adult higher education is different from traditional higher education,which is very special in many aspects,such as students＇ age,learning objective,learning energy and time.The connotation of training rural practical talent was described in the paper.Characteristics of training of rural practical talent of adult higher education were analyzed.Principles of training of rural practical talent were suggested.Cognition of training of rural practical talent was elaborated,i.e.,it was beneficial to promote application of agricultural science and technology and the development of agricultural modernization,and it was both the actual requirement of promoting the construction of new socialist countryside and the main content of constructing harmony socialist society.
