摘要
利用优良旱地小麦品种晋麦47号、水地小麦品种舜麦1718的幼芽,研究了发芽期在水分胁迫条件下超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的抗氧化酶活性、蛋白质含量以及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,旨在比较发芽期不同小麦品种在水分胁迫下抗氧化酶指标的变化,为进一步开展旱地小麦栽培育种提供理论依据。结果表明,经水分胁迫处理24 h后,晋麦47号的SOD,POD和CAT这3个抗氧化酶活性总和及蛋白质含量都有所增加,增加的百分率均显著高于舜麦1718;2个小麦品种的MDA含量均增加,舜麦1718的MDA含量的增加低于晋麦47号。与旱地小麦晋麦47号不同,水地小麦品种舜麦1718是通过另外途径来抵御水分胁迫危害,由于MDA含量变化率小,质膜的损伤程度减轻,有适合在旱地栽培的潜力。
In this study,the wheat shoots of drought tolerant cultivar Jinmai 47 and drought sensitive cultivar Shunmai 1718 were used for study on the enzyme activities of SOD,POD,CAT and protein content during germination.The results showed that total antioxidase activities of SOD,POD and CAT,and the relative percentage content of proteins of Jinmai 47 were significantly higher than Shunmai 1718 after 24 hours of drought stress.Simultaneously,the relative percentage content of MDA of Shunmai 1718 was less compared with Jinmai 47.So,wheat seedlings could improve the drought resistance through a variety of ways. Drought sensitive cultivar Shunmai 1718 had a potentiality adapting to dryland cultivation,due to its lower accumulation of MDA and decrease the injury degree for plasma membrane.
