摘要
以自然条件下的美国红栌为研究对象,在生长季连续测定其叶片色素、可溶性糖含量,并观测叶片组织厚度及花色素苷分布。结果表明,生长季中,各月份叶片色素含量不同,叶绿素含量呈单峰曲线,7月达到顶峰,至9月时衰减度达66.1%;类胡萝卜素含量变化与叶绿素相同;花色素苷含量的变化与叶绿素正好相反,即在5—7月呈下降趋势,7月含量最低,8—9月逐渐上升;自然条件下,叶片在生长季中可溶性糖含量变化也呈单峰曲线,7月含量最高,8—9月下降。对叶片的解剖观测表明,美国红栌叶片中栅栏组织发达,约占叶片厚度的39.7%,海绵组织约占叶片厚度的37.8%,叶片上下表皮厚度约占叶片厚度的22.5%;花色素苷主要分布于上表皮细胞中,而在栅栏组织和海绵组织中未见分布。
Taking Cotinus coggygria ‘Royal purple’ as the material in natural environment,continuous determination of chlorophyll,soluble sugar trends,tissue thickness and distribution of anthocyanin observations was made during the growing season.The test result indicated: The pigment contents in leaves slice were different in the different seasons under natural conditions.Chlorophyll content from the beginning of May showed an upward trend,July reached peak,and then gradually declined until September,the amount of attenuation was 66.1%.Carotenoid and chlorophyll content showed the same trend; anthocyanin content of chlorophyll and the trend showed an opposite trend,that is,in May and July a declining trend,in July the lowest and August to September increase gradually.Under natural conditions,the soluble sugar content of leaves in different growing season showed a single-peak curve.Namely,May to July upward trend,the highest in July,August to September showed a downward trend.In the leaf blade of Cotinus coggygria ‘Royal purple’ the palisade tissue was developed,approximately composed the leaf blade total thickness 39.7%,the spongy tissue approximately composed the leaf blade total thickness 37.8%;Leaf blade high and low epidermis thickness approximately composed the blade thickness 22.5%.Research from dissection of leaves indicated anthocyanin,which mainly scattered among epidermal cell,had not been seen in the palisade tissue and the spongy tissue.
