中药添加剂对断奶仔猪小肠黏膜形态和养分消化率的影响

Influence of Chinese Medical Herbs Additive on the Structure of the Small Intestinal Mucosa and Nutrient Digestibility in Weaned Piglets

选取28日龄体质量相近的杜长大断奶仔猪72头,随机分成4个组。试验共设对照组、中药I组、中药II组和抗生素组4个处理组,研究了中药添加剂对断奶仔猪小肠黏膜形态和养分消化率的影响。结果表明,各试验组肠壁厚度、黏膜厚度和隐窝深度(CD)与对照组相比,均无显著差异(P>0.05);中药Ⅱ组显著提高了各肠段绒毛高度(VH)(P<0.05),尤其是空肠和回肠(P<0.01),极显著地提高了各肠段VH/CD值(P<0.01);中药I组显著提高了空肠段的绒毛高度和VH/CD值(P<0.05);抗生素组各肠段绒毛高度和VH/CD也有一定提高(P>0.05)。各试验组磷(P)的消化率有极显著提高(P<0.01);中药I组极显著地提高了粗纤维(CF)的消化率(P<0.01),显著提高了钙(Ca)的消化率(P<0.05);中药Ⅱ组极显著地提高了粗蛋白(CP),CF,Ca的消化率(P<0.01),显著提高了粗脂肪(EE)的消化率(P<0.05);抗生素组对Ca和CF的消化率有显著影响(P<0.05)。

Seventy-two 28 day old Duroc×Landrace-Yorkshire weaned piglets were randomly assigned into four treatments as control group,Chinese medicine group I,Chinese medicine group Il and antibiotic group.The results as follows: intestinal wall thickness,mucosal thickness and crypt depth of each experimental group showed no obviously difference(P>0.05).Chinese medicine group II obviously improved the various bowel villis length(P<0.05),especially in the jejunum and ileum(P<0.01), significantly improved VH/CD value of each segment of the bowel(P<0.01);Chinese medicine group I obviously improved villus length and VH/CD values in jejunum(P<0.05);Antibiotic group also had improvement(P>0.05).Each experimental group on the digestion of crude protein(CP),phosphorus(P) were highly significant increased(P<0.01);Chinese medicine group I significantly increased the crude fiber(CF) digestibility(P<0.01),calcium(Ca) digestibility were obviously increased(P< 0.05);Chinese medicine group II significantly improved the digestibility of CF and Ca(P<0.01),obviously increased the digestibility of EE(P<0.05);antibiotic obviously effected the digestibility of Ca and CF(P<0.05).
