姜黄素和灵芝孢子对非酒精性脂肪性肝病ApoB100 mRNA的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分别研究姜黄素与灵芝孢子对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)小鼠肝脏载脂蛋白B100(apolipoprotein B100,ApoB100)表达的影响,从基因水平探讨姜黄素及灵芝孢子治疗NAFLD的机制,并对比两种药物的治疗效果。方法:应用RT-PCR方法对比正常组、NAFLD模型组、姜黄素治疗组、灵芝孢子治疗组中肝脏ApoB100的mRNA表达。结果:ApoB100mRNA在模型组表达增高,而在姜黄素治疗组和灵芝孢子治疗组表达均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。姜黄素治疗组与灵芝孢子治疗组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:NAFLD模型组肝脏中ApoB100mRNA的表达明显增高;姜黄素和灵芝孢子均可通过降低肝脏中ApoB100mRNA的表达调节脂代谢;姜黄素与灵芝孢子对于小鼠NAFLD治疗效果无明显差异。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between apolipoprotein B100 (ApoB100) and NAFLD in liver of mice after interference by curcumin and ganoderma lucidum. Methods:The expression of ApoB100 mRNA in liver were tested by RT--PCR in normal group, NAFLD model group, Treatment group by curcum-in and Treatment group by ganoderma lucidum. Results:The expression of ApoB100 mRNA was increased in NAFLD model group, and decreased in Treatment group by curcumin and Treatment group by ganoderma lucidum (P 〈0.05). The expression of ApoB100 mRNA had no statistically significant difference between Treatment group by curcumin and ganoderma lucidum (P〉0. 05). Conclusion:The expression of ApoB100 mRNA increased in NAFLD model group. Curcumin and ganoderma lucidum controlled the lipid metabolism by suppressing the expression of ApoB100 mRNA. There is no significant difference in treatment between curcumin and ganoderma lucidum.
