摘要
把白泥、绿泥样品烘干、磨细,用碳酸钠-硼酸溶剂在950℃灼烧10min熔融生成硅酸钠,稀盐酸浸取处理成溶液并生成硅酸。样品溶液用硅钼蓝分光光度法测定二氧化硅含量,该方法速度较快,数据准确可靠。
The samples of white mud or green mud were dried and grinded to fines, which was calcinated and melted to form sodium silicate, with sodium carbonate-boric acid flux at the temperature of 950 ℃ for 10 rain, finally was treated with dilute hydrochloric acid into solution to produce silicic acid. The sample solution was determined for silicon dioxide content with silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometry. This method has the characteristic of fast, accurate and reliable.
