摘要
介绍了青山纸业热电厂150t/h CFB锅炉给煤系统存在的问题、多次改进的措施及其效果,对给煤管的布置方式、材质选择、密封风、播煤风的设计进行了分析和探讨,提出了一些具体的实施措施和建议,提高了给煤系统运行的可靠性能。
The problems, measures and the effects of the coal feeding system of a 150t/h circulation fluidized bed boiler were introduced. The distribution pattern, material selection and the design of seal air and coal spreading air were analyzed and researched, the impractical measures and the suggestions were put forward.
