改良温针疗法在颈肩腰腿痛中的临床应用研究

Study of the application of improved needle warming therapy for neck and low back pain

目的评价改良温针疗法治疗软组织损害性颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的软组织损害性颈肩腰腿痛患者210例,采用随机的方法分为2组,治疗组采用改良温针疗法治疗,对照组采用银质针疗法治疗,观察2组疼痛缓解程度,并记录不良反应。结果治疗后治疗组疼痛缓解程度及临床症状改善情况均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论改良温针疗法治疗软组织损害性颈肩腰腿痛疗效确切,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective It is to evaluate the clinical curative effect of improved needle warming therapy on soft tissue injury of neck and low back pain. Methods 210 cases of patients with soft tissue injury of neck and low back pain according with the inclusion criteria were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group was treated with modified needle war- ming therapy, the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture therapy with silver acupuncture. The relief degrees of pain in the two groups were observed and adverse effects were recorded. Results Pain relief degree and improvement of clinical symptoms in treatment group were both better than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The improved acupuncture therapy has a confirmed curative effect on soft tissue injury of neck and low back pain, so it has good application value in clinic.
