退行性心瓣膜病合并心律失常患者脂联素与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘要 目的探讨老年退行性心瓣膜病(SDHVD)合并心律失常患者脂联素(APN)与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选择SDHVD患者82例,分为合并心律失常SDHVD组40例及单纯SDHVD组42例,另选健康者30例作为对照组。测定各组血清APN水平、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT),比较各组间的差异,同时分析APN与CIMT的相关性。结果 SDHVD患者APN水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),CIMT明显高于对照组(P<0.01);合并心律失常SDHVD组APN水平显著低于单纯SDHVD组(P<0.01),而合并心律失常SDHVD组与单纯SDHVD组的CIMT比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。SDHVD患者血清APN与CIMT呈负相关(r=-0.68,P<0.01)。结论 SDHVD患者血清APN降低,合并心律失常SDHVD患者降低更明显,血清APN与动脉粥样硬化有关。
