国家863燃料电池轿车车身改制技术方案

摘要 就国家863燃料电池轿车的白车身改制方案的制定与实施作以简要阐述。所采用的自制分拼,生产线总拼的方案具有生产效率高,质量稳定等优点,适合10~20辆对白车身基础结构变动大的工程样车改制。为新能源工程样车的白车身改制提供适当参考范例。 The formulation & implement of the reformed method of body - in - white of the National 863 program fuel cell vehicle is described briefly. The method of single made and assembly in production line has advantage of high quality and production efficiency. It fits for 10 ~ 20 build types which have more changes on body-in-white structure. It can give the suitable example for remanufac- turing body-in-white of engineering prototype of new energy vehicle.
