摘要
运用微软的SharePoint 2010系统来构建自主品牌汽车项目管理信息系统。阐述了建立项目管理信息平台(PMIS)的必要性、设计思想、架构、功能和实施情况。该系统对提高汽车自主品牌项目管理效率,加强研发知识管理起到了巨大贡献作用。
The independent brand project management information system is established through Microsoft SharePoint 2010 system. The necessity, design ideas, architecture, functionality and implementation of PMIS is elaborated. The system plays a huge contribution to strengthen research and development of knowledge management to improve the efficiency of project management for auto brands.
