摘要
本文给出了设计室温磁制冷功能材料的基本原则及具体方法。通过测试、验证得出如下结论 :Re2 Fe17-xMex 型稀土 -过渡族金属所形成的Ce2 Fe16 4 Co0 6 与Er2 Fe15 2 6 Ni1 74 化合物具有较好的制冷效果 ,在外加磁场度H =2 0特斯拉条件下 ,它们的退磁制冷温差ΔT均可达 4 5K以上 ,基本与纯金属Gd接近 (ΔT =5 2 5K) ,但它们的价格仅为Gd的 1/3。
The basic principles of designing ambient temperature magnetic refrigerant materials and concrete method are given. By measuring and examining the following result is obtained; compounds Ce 2Fe 16.4 Co 0.6 and Er 2Fe 15.26 Ni 1.74 formed by Re 2Fe 17-x Me x type rare earth metal have good refrigerant effect. Under the conditions of magnetic field intensity (H) of 2.0 Tesla, their magnetocaloric effect parameter Δ T can reach over 4.5K, basically close to Gd's Δ T( Δ T =5.25K), but their prices are only about 1/3 of Gd.
