羊传染性脓疱皮炎(也称羊口疮)是由羊传染性脓疱病毒(羊口疮病毒)引起的绵羊、山羊的一种急性、接触性传染病,可给羊的生产带来巨大的经济损失,并威胁人类健康。及时准确的诊断是防控羊口疮的重要环节,羊口疮的诊断方法包括临床诊断、病原学诊断、血清学诊断、分子生物学检测技术等,每种技术体系中又包括多个诊断方法。论文对国内外羊口疮诊断技术研究现状进行概述,并展望了今后的相关研究重点和方向。
