摘要 禽流感(AI)是由A型流感病毒引起的多种禽类及鸟类表现为轻度呼吸道症状或急性败血症为特征的传染病。该病不仅对我国禽类养殖业造成巨大的经济损失,而且还具有重要的公共卫生学意义。目前用于控制禽流感的最有效手段仍然是疫苗接种,论文就有关禽流感预防的重组活载体疫苗、基因工程亚单位疫苗、DNA疫苗、禽流感表位疫苗等新型疫苗进行简要综述,旨在为禽流感的防控提供参考。 Avian influenza (AI) is caused by influenza A virus. The virus can infect various kinds of poultry and birds and cause mild respiratory symptoms or acute sepsis in infected animals which results severe economic loss in our country. AI is also very important for public health. At present, the main prevention strategies of AI are still on vaccination. This paper reviewed several novel vaccines of avian flu to provide new methods and new ideas for the prevention and control of avian influenza.
