摘要 随着新技术的出现与多种技术之间的交叉融合,尿液蛋白质组学研究发展迅速。论文概述了正常的尿液蛋白质组学研究发展历程,生理情况下的尿液蛋白质组学研究进展及在尿液中已检测到疾病相关蛋白标记物的研究,列举了一些收集和整合尿液蛋白质组数据的共享平台。目前,正常尿液中的大多数蛋白种类已近被发现,建立基本的尿液蛋白质数据库非常必要的;病理状态生物标记物的检测已进入临床应用阶段,然而一种生物标记分子往往不能特异性的标记一种疾病或一个生理变化,可能需要多个相关学科的整合协调。尿液蛋白质组学研究还面临着许多困难,仍有许多工作需要去做。 Along with new techniques" emerge and overlapping and fusion of multiple techniques, urine pro teomics developed rapidly. This article briefly summarized urine proteomics development histories, progress in the urine proteomics in physiological conditions and diseases that had been found with biomarkers, and some data-sharing platform of urine proteomics. Now, most proteins have been found in urine. We should establish a base urine proteomics datebase of human. The hiomarkers which are used to detect the pathological state have entered clinical application stage. But a single molecule that clearly defines one disease or one physiological changes does not exist. It maybe require other disciplines to join. The study of urine proteomics are facing many difficulties, there are still a lot of work to do.
