中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能影响的研究

Study on Effects of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Growth Performance in Weaning piglets

将中草药添加剂添加到断奶仔猪饲料中,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,选用体重6kg左右,公、母相当的长大二元断奶仔猪60头,随机分成三组,每组两个重复,每个重复10头,公母各半,进行对比试验,试验期30d。A(对照组):基础日粮;B:基础日粮+0.3%中草药;C:基础日粮+0.6%中草药,观察其饲养效果。结果表明:与对照组相比,中草药添加剂组B组、C组的末重分别提高了8.04%(P<0.05)、11.09%(P<0.05),日增重分别提高了13.42%(P<0.05)、15.96%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低了12.83%(P<0.05)、15.54%(P<0.05),差异均显著;三组间的日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),B组、C组之间各指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。

A 30--d trial with single factor completely randomized experimental design was conducted with 60 weaned pigs to determine the effects of Chinese herbal additives on growth performance. The weaned pigs were divided into 3 treatments （A, B,and C） with 2 replicates in each one. A （control group）： basal diet,B （control group＋0.3% Chinese herbal additive,C （ basal diet＋0.6 % Chinese herbal additive）. The results showed that compared with control group, final weight of group B and C improved 8.04% （P〈0.05） and 11.09% （P〈0.05）,daily weight gain improved 13.42% （P〈0.05） and 15.96% （P〈 0.05） ,feed gain ratio improvedl2.83% % （P〈0.05） and 15.54% （P〈0.05）,however,daily feed intake is nonsignificant.
