多壁碳纳米管改性氰基丙烯酸酯医用胶的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对氰基丙烯酸酯医用胶进行增强及增韧改性研究。方法:选用羧基化多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-COOH)和多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)2种纳米材料对CA医用胶进行改性,并对改性前后的胶黏剂进行拉伸剪切强度和玻璃化转化温度测试。用扫描电子显微镜观察胶黏剂黏附破坏界面。结果:MWCNTs-COOH/CA的含量为64 mg/100 g时,胶黏剂的拉伸剪切强度最大,比纯CA的拉伸剪切强度提高约51.5%,而且玻璃化转化温度也比纯CA下降33.7%;MWCNTs/CA的含量为64 mg/100 g时,拉伸剪切强度也达到最大,比纯CA提高12.7%,而MWCNTs/CA的含量为4 mg/100 g时,玻璃化转化温度最低,比纯CA下降12.4%;扫描电子显微镜见MWCNTs-COOH/CA胶黏剂拉伸断面由很多树枝状微纹组成。结论:2种碳纳米管的加入可有效改善胶黏剂的拉伸强度并提高其韧性,其中MWCNTs-COOH对拉伸强度的改性效果更好(P<0.01,t=6)。 Objective To perform experimental study of reinforcement and toughening modification of cyanoacrylate(CA) medical adhesive. Methods Multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) and carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MW- CNTs-COOH) were used to modify cyanoacrylate(CA) medical adhesive. Then the tensile shear strength(TSS) and glass transition temperature(Tg) were measured before and after the modification. The destruction of interface adhesion was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results The TSS of 64 mg/100 g in MWCNTs-COOH/CAseries was the highest, which was higher by 51.5% than the CA. The Tg of MWCNTs-COOH/CA(64 mg/100 g) was the lowest, which was lower by 33.7% than the CA. The TSS of 64 rag/100 g in MWCNTs/CA series was the highest, which was higher by 12.7% than the CA. The Tg of MWCNTs/CA(4 mg/100 g) was the lowest, which was lower by 12.4% than the CA. The TSS of MWCNTs-COOH/CA(64 mg/100 g) was higher than MWCNTs/CA(4 mg/100 g)(P〈0.01, t=6). It's found that the tensile fracture of MWNTs-COOH/CA(64 mg/100 g) consisted of many dendritic micro-patterns in SEM. Coaclusion Two kinds of carbon nanotubes can effectively improve the tensile strength of the adhesive and its toughness. The TSS of MWCNTs- COOH/CA(64 mg/lO0 g) is higher than that of MWCNTs/CA(4 mg/100 g)(P〈0.01, t=6).[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2013,34( 1 ) : 12-14]
