基于AVR单片机的家用中药熬药机的设计与开发

Design and Development of Household Herb Decocting Machine Based on AVR Microcontroller

目的:研制一种用于家庭安全使用的新型中药熬药机,以实现小型化设计、智能化管理、安全性控制和提高药效。方法:采用片上资源丰富的AVR单片机作为核心单元,硬件上集成温度、压力、液位传感器与放大电路,结合软件流程综合分析,并进行实时显示、报警和过程控制。结果:达到了家用小型化的要求,利用多种传感器并行工作有效提高了安全性,同时通过软件的过程控制和组合式机械结构保证了药效的充分性溶解,流程化自动运行,从而大大减轻了长期熬煮的顾虑和负担。结论:该智能熬药机总体成本较低、操作简便、煎煮质量高、容量大,使家庭熬药更加便捷和安全。

Objective To manufacture a new type of Chinese medicine deeoeting machine with miniaturized design, intelligent management, safety control and enhanced drug action. Methods The single chip microcomputer AVR with rich resources was used as the core unit, and the sensors for temperature, pressure, liquid level and amplification circuit were integrated in the hardware. Also software flow analysis was performed for realtime display, alarming and process control. Results With the requirement for miniaturization met, multiple sensors were integrated to enhance the safety, and process control software and eombinatory mechanical structure were mobilized to ensure the complete solution of the herb.
