摘要
针对传统苦味遮蔽技术及新兴的苦味遮蔽技术进行了综述,详细介绍了各技术的苦味遮蔽原理、操作方法及适用范围,为药物苦味遮蔽技术在实践中的应用提供理论支持。
The traditional and emerging bitterness masking technology was summarized in this article, meanwhile, the bitterness masking principle, operation methods and scope of application were introduced, which provided theoretical support for the application of drug bitter taste masking technique in practice.
