军队医院提高卫生装备训练水平实践与思考

Enhancement of Medical Equipment Training in Military Hospital

目的:军队医院在紧贴实战的前提下,全面提升医院的内涵建设和核心竞争力,全面提升军队医院卫生装备的训练水平。方法:医院要坚定地落实好《标准》,制定适合医院的方法,把卫生装备训练与《标准》相结合、与平战卫勤保障相结合、与处理突发公共卫生事件相结合,实现训用一致、训战一致。结果:检验了平时装备训练的效果,医院综合保障能力和应急救治能力得以不断提升。结论:通过依法治训、灵活组训、科学施训,使军队医院综合保障能力和应急救治能力大幅提升。

Objective To enhance the medical equipment training in military hospital. Methods Related standards and regulations had to be involved in to meet the requirements of medical support of modem wars and MOOTW.Results The daily equipment training was evaluated, and the abilities for comprehensive support and emergency response of hospital were improved greatly.
