摘要
简单介绍了磁共振检查中2种门控技术即呼吸门控和导航门控的特点,分别比较了磁共振自由呼吸扫描序列中呼吸门控和导航门控的效果和各自适用的环境,指出了中小医院以及要求不高的一般患者较适合使用呼吸门控技术,大型医院或有较高图像要求或腹部已安装其他设备的患者以及呼吸急促的患者采用导航门控技术较好。
Gating technology for MRI has become a hot research technology, which can ensure the SNR is significantly increased. There are two basic gating methods for normal breathing protoeol in MRI, that is, respiratnory gating and navigator galing.
