高校校园网运维管理体系设计与应用

Design and application of the campus network operation management system at colleges and universities

针对高校校园网运维管理中存在的问题,提出了基于PDCA与正反馈闭环管理理论的由管理主体、管理受体、管理措施构成的运维管理体系,同时分析了体系基本模型、构成要素及相互关系,并结合第四军医大学的实践,阐述了体系核心要素的建设策略与应用效果。

In order to address the problems existing in campus network operation management, this article proposes a campus network operation management system based on the plan-do-check-act （PDCA} cycle and positive feedback closed-loop （PFC } management theory. This system consists of three core components： management subject, object and measures. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the basic model and core elements of this system as well as their relationship. Finally, it discusses the construction strategies of the core elements by taking the practice of Fourth Military Medical University as an example.
