在分析全科医师转岗培训妇产科教学特点及现状的基础上,有针对性提出要通过加强带教队伍建设、制订合理的实习方案以及采用多种培训手段来提高带教效果。同时,对更有效开展全科医师培训工作提出了建议。

The paper first analyzes the characteristics and current status of obstetrics and gynecology teaching for position change training of general practitioners, and then it points out that practice teaching can be improved by strengthening teaching team building, making reasonable practice program and using various training methods. Last, it offers a few suggestions for effectively carrying out general practitioner position training.
