分流培养模式下改善分子生物学教学效果的思考

Thinking on improving teaching effect of molecular biology under diversion cultivation

分子生物学是高等师范院校生命科学类专业开设的主干课程之一,为使分子生物学教学更适合分流培养模式的要求,总结了几年来从事分子生物学教学的体会,分析了影响分子生物学教学效果的原因,提出针对分流培养模式下改善教学效果的措施,集中在优化教学内容体系、建立多样化教学方法、采取多样化考核方式等几个方面,最终为促进学生就业和学生全面发展。

Molecular biology is one of basic courses for the students major in life science. To satisfy the need of diversion cultivation, this paper summarized several experience in teaching molecular biology, analyzed influence factors on teaching effect, and then ad- vanced some measures for improving teaching effect including optimizing teaching content system, establishing diverse teaching methods, adopting multiple ways of examination, etc. The aim was to promote employment and overall development for students.
