摘要
阐述后混合磨料水射流的工作原理,从理论上研究磨料水射流的抛光机制,通过实验对牌号为0Cr18Ni9Si的不锈钢进行冷态抛光加工,采用JB-4C表面粗糙度测量仪进行测量与分析,金属表面粗糙度从原始的2.203μm提高到了抛光后的1.195μm。结果表明:适当地控制工艺参数可以对金属材料进行冷态抛光加工,并取得良好的表面加工质量,为异形曲面的冷态抛光加工提供理论基础和实践指导。
Work principle of the post-mixed abrasive water jet was described, and the mechanism of polishing abrasive water jet was studied theoretically. Base on the cold polishing process experiments to stainless steel 0Crl8NigSi, JB-4C surface roughness measuring instrument was used to make measurement and analysis. It is found that the metal surface roughness decreases from the orig- inal 2. 203 μm to 1. 195 μm. The results show that by controlling the appropriate process parameters, cold polishing process can be made for metal, and good surface quality can be gained. It provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for cold polishing of the shaped surface.
