摘要
根据某特种车辆双向液压锁的结构和工作原理,建立了AMESim仿真模型研究其工作过程及动态特性。通过对不同参数的仿真分析,得出影响其动态特性的主要因素是控制阀芯阻尼和单向阀的弹簧刚度,液压锁控制阀芯质量和两端的单向阀阀芯质量对液压锁的性能也有一定的影响;以阀芯卡住故障为例进行故障仿真与分析,得到了双向液压锁的故障状态临界参数。可为双向液压锁的设计、使用和故障诊断提供参考。
According to the structure and working principle of bidirectional hydraulic lock in a special vehicle, an AMESim sim- ulation model was established to study the working process and dynamic performance of the hydraulic lock. Through simulation and analysis with different parameters, the main factors to influence dynamic performance of the bidirectional hydraulic lock were gotten, which were the spool damping and spring stiffness. The quality of control valve core and check valve core carried a light weight to the hydraulic lock performance. Through simulation and analysis for block malfunction of valve core, critical parameters in malfunction state were gotten. The study provides reference to the designing, using and faults diagnoses.
