摘要
为了解决选矿废水排放对环境的严重污染问题,将新型气旋浮装置应用于选矿废水处理。这种新型气旋浮装置是在结合充气式水力旋流器和气浮式水力旋流器的理论基础上发展起来的。分析了新型气旋浮装置结构,对新型气旋浮装置选矿废水处理过程中的流场进行仿真分析。实践表明:该流场仿真分析与现场实测结果比较吻合。因此,采用流体分析软件技术来研究气旋浮选矿废水处理过程中的流场规律是可行的,且水质完全达到可排放标准。
In order to solve the serious pollution problems that beneficiation wastewater discharge to the environment, the new cy- clone floating device was used in benefieiation processing wastewater treatment. This new cyclone floating device was developed based on theories of air inflatable hydro-cyclone and air flotation hydro-cyclone in combination. The structure of the new cyclone air floating device was analyzed, and the flow field in the new cyclone air floating device beneficiation wastewater treatment process was analyzed with simulation. Practice shows that the simulation of the flow field analysis and field measurement results is coincided. Therefore, u- sing fluid analysis software technology to study the cyclone air flotation regularity of the flow field in the wastewater treatment process is feasible; and the water quality fully meets the standard required for discharge.
