摘要
用圆形的刚玉管作反应器 ,分别进行不用催化剂和用 1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢屑作催化剂进行焦炉煤气制备冶金还原气的气体转化实验 ,测相应温度和压力下的动力学数据 ,分别回归出 CH4 的转化方程 ,加以分析和比较 ,研究各自对转化反应的催化效果 。
Experiment of making metallurgical reduction gas from coke—oven gas used 1Cr18Ni9Ti catalyst and disused catalyst in the corundum tube reactor was done. Kinetics dates under corresponding temperature and pressure were measured. CH 4 invert regression equation was calculated and analyzed.In this paper, effect of catalysis reaction was studied, and kinetics mould was proposed.
