摘要
利用 Gleeble- 2 0 0 0热模拟试验机模拟测定了 6 0 Si2 Mn、 6 0 Si、 40 Cr及 2 0 Mn等钢种在高温下变形时的真应力—真应变曲线 ,讨论了高温变形抗力与变形温度及形变量之间的关系。结果表明 :高温变形抗力与变形温度及形变量有很大关系 ,变形抗力随变形温度的升高而降低 ,同时认为 6 0 Si2
True stress-true strain curves of 60Si2Mn, 60Si, 40Cr and 20Mn steel were tested with Gleeble-2000 type thermal simulation testing instrument. Relationship of high temperature hot deformation resistance with deformation temperature and deformation value was discussed. Results showed that high temperature hot deformation resistance depended on the deformation temperature and deformation value. Thus, roll and dynamic system of Maanshan Iron and Steel Stock Limited Company would not be damaged in hot rolling of 60Si2Mn spring steel.
