芩蒿滴鼻剂中一枝蒿抗炎有效成分的提取工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究芩蒿滴鼻剂中一枝蒿抗炎有效成份的最佳提取工艺。方法以抗炎药理学活性为考察指标,确定一枝蒿抗炎有效成分的提取溶剂;以一枝蒿酮酸含量和出膏率为考察指标,采用单因素试验与L9(34)正交试验设计优选一枝蒿的最佳提取工艺。结果一枝蒿最佳工艺为10倍量95%乙醇回流提取3次,每次0.5h。结论优选的提取工艺稳定可行。 Objective To optimize the extraction technology conditions for Artemisia rupestris L. anti-in flammatory effective constituent in Qin-hao nasal drops. Methods Determined the extraction solvent of Arternisia rupestris L. anti-inflammatory effective constituent by anti-inflammatory activity. Then, we used comprehensive score of the content of Rupestonic acid and dry extractive material as indexes, adapted single factor experiments and orthogonal experimental design L9 (34). Results The best extraction condi-tions were as follows: fold of 95% alcohol, extracted for three times, 0.5 hour for each time. Conclusion The extraction technics of Artemisia rupestris L. is reliable and available.
