摘要
目的了解高校博士学位教师心理健康状况及其影响因素,为改善和提高该类人群整体的心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,随机从乌鲁木齐高等院校中抽取5所高校,以5所高校博士学位的教师为研究对象,采用心理健康状况测定量表(UPI)对心理健康状况进行问卷调查。结果共发放问卷600份,回收有效问卷529份,回收率为88.17%。高校博士学位教师中,第一、二、三类心理问题的检出率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、不同经济收入及文科和理科的博士学位高校教师UPI分类,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、收入、学科及专业愿望是影响高校博士学位教师心理健康状况的因素。结论高校博士学位教师的心理健康问题的发生率呈现一个较高的水平,高校应采取必要的预防控制措施,改善和提高整体的心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the college doctorate in teachers' mental health and its influencing fac tors, and to provide a theoretical basis of improve and enhance the level of mental health in this popula tion. The doctorate teachers in university, the differences in the detection rate of the three types of psychological problems were statistically significant (P 〈0.05) ; the types of UPI among college teachers of different gender, economic income, liberal arts and science doctorate parting sta tistical analysis were statistically significant (P 〈0.05) different gender, age, income, disciplines and professional aspirations were the factors affeced college doctorate teachers' mental health. Conclusion The doctoral college teacher's mental health problems incidence shows a higher level, universities should take necessary measures to prevent and control method, improve and enhance the overall level of psycho logical health.
