摘要 分析了往复式抽油机上悬挂梁组件的载荷分布,利用ANSYS Workbench DesignXplorer模块分析悬挂梁的关键尺寸对应力、变形量的影响,优化了悬挂梁尺寸参数,达到了安全节材的目的。 Analysis the load distribution of the suspension beam that is used in the reciprocating pumping unit. Analysis the influence about the key size in the beam to stress and deformation by DesignXplorer module in ANSYS Workbench. Optimize the suspension beam size parameters result in the purpose of saving material base on safety.
