摘要
针对多轴复合机床旋转主轴与回转进给轴之间相互切换,设计用于刹车和增加C轴运行过程当中产生阻尼的一种全新的结构模块,通过液压控制,可使机床C轴在运转中增加一定的阻尼,达到在铣削时消振的目的.同时在高速旋转中快速刹车。
According to the multiaxial compound machine tool rotary spindle and rotary feed shaft between switch,designed for breaking and increase the C axis running them produce a new structure of the damping modul,, through the hydranlic control ,making the machine's C axis can be in motion add some damping to achieve the purpose of reducing vibration in milling time,at the same time, in the high speed rotation of fast brake.
