摘要
大规模风电功率的随机波动性是当前公认的制约风电发展的瓶颈,同时风电的反调峰特性拉大了电网的峰谷差,增大了有功调度控制的难度;风电接入后,现有的系统备用容量确定方法和调度计划制定策略已无法满足电网企业兼顾安全经济的控制目标。针对此,对大规模风电接入对系统备用容量及发电计划的影响进行了研究,分析了风电接入后电网运行中面临的实际问题,并对目前的相关研究进行了归纳,给出了解决方法;指出多源互补的备用配合策略及多时空尺度协调的备用与发电计划联合优化策略适用于大规模风电接入的合理备用优化,考虑风电场出力耦合关系的有功发电调度策略适用于大规模风电接入的合理有功优化。
Random volatility of large wind electricity power is recognized as bottleneck to restrict wind power development and meanwhile, reverse load characteristics of wind power increase peak valley of power grid and enlarge difficulties in ac- tive power dispatching control. After introducing wind power, determination method and dispatching plan formulation for present system reserve capacity can not meet control objective of power grid enterprises which give consideration to safety and economy. Therefore, this paper studies influence on system reserve capacity and generation plan by introduction of large wind power, analyzes practical problems in power grid operation, concludes present relevant research and proposes solu- tions. It points out that multisource complementary reserve coordination strategy and joint optimization strategy of multi- space dimension coordination reserve and generation plan are appropriate for reasonable reserve optimization of large wind power introduction and strategy of active power generation dispatch considering of output coupling of wind power plant is appropriate for reasonable active power optimization.
