南方电网稳定控制执行站标准化方案研究

Study on Standardization Scheme of China Southern Power Grid Stable Control Actuating Station

安全稳定控制(以下简称稳控)装置在南方电网已得到大规模应用,但装置功能配置和控制逻辑等缺乏统一规范。为了进一步提高装置的可靠性和专业管理水平,在充分考虑南方各省区电网安全稳定控制装置运行现状的基础上,重点对稳控执行站的配置规模、功能配置、控制逻辑进行研究,提出具体的稳控执行站标准化方案。

Safety and stability control device is largely applied in southern power grid but its function configuration and con- trol logic is lacked of unified standards. For further improving its reliability and professional management level, this paper studies configuration scale, function configuration and control logic of the stable control actuating station and proposes speci- fied standardization scheme.
