摘要
提出了一种少无金属切削新的加工工艺——对轮旋压工艺。该工艺不仅能满足工件外表面精度的要求 ,而且还能保证内表面的精度要求 ,是对传统芯模旋压工艺的完善。这对于加工大直径、高精度的管类件具有重要的意义。
The new technology of no cutting and high precision, the opposite roller spinning is put forward .It is not only meet with precision of the outface of parts,but also can assure the precision of the inface of parts.And it is developped the traditional process mandrel spinning.The new technology is especially fit for working big diameter and high precision tube parts.
