在系统视域中,农村社会习俗是内蕴文化基因的外显与表现形式,文化基因则是农村社会习俗表现与变迁的内因与根据,它集中地体现了民族精神。当代农村社会习俗变迁的特点在于时代性、复杂性、顺应性,而文化基因特性的表现在于渐变性、内蕴性、动力性。在新的形势下,必须以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,既要主动顺应农村社会习俗变迁,努力传承传统文化基因;也要积极引领农村社会习俗变迁,着力优化特色文化基因;还要自觉创设农村社会时代风尚,大力重塑民族文化基因。

Social conventions in countryside is seen from the angle of system as the explicit representation of the implicit cultural gene,and cultural gene is the inherent cause and basis of social conventions in terms of their display and changes because it is the centralized demonstration of national spirits.The characteristics of the changes of countryside conventions lie in their modernness,complexity and conformance,while those of cultural gene lie in their flexibility,immanence and dynamic property.Under the new situation,it is necessary to establish socialist core value system as the guidance,not only complying with the changing social customs and trying to inherit traditional culture gene,but also orientating the changing social customs in countryside,making efforts to optimize characteristic culture gene,apart from creating modern fashion in rural areas,and remodeling national culture gene with efforts.
