广东省拓展训练的现状与发展调查研究

Research on Present Situation and the Development of Outward Training in Guangdong Province

本文以广东省拓展训练的现状为研究对象,通过文献资料法、访谈调查法、逻辑分析法等方法对广东省拓展运动的现状进行研究,其目的在于通过广东拓展市场的发展实践调查,收集第一手广东拓展训练资料,研究和分析拓展训练成功的经验和存在的问题,探索其未来发展趋势,为我国拓展训练提供借鉴,以促进广东乃至全国拓展训练行业的发展。研究表明,广东拓展训练现状主要表现为以下几个方面:广东拓展训练的开展已达一定规模,以二元运作模式为主导;广东拓展训练培训师主要来自拓展工作人员、大学毕业生(以体育专业为主)和退伍军人;广东拓展训练的附属器材安全标准仍然沿袭过去采用的国际登山联合(UIAA)和欧共体登山器材(CE)认证标准;广东拓展训练将发展趋势主要表现为:企业拓展专业化、高校拓展育人化、旅游拓展一体化。

With the study of the current situation of Guangdong＇soutward training, this paper works on it with the methods of literature review, interview survey and logical analysis. Based on the survey of the development of Guangdong＇s outward training, the aim is to get the firsthand data together, study and analyze the successes and the existing problems of Guangdong＇s outward training in order to provide reference and to promote the development of Guangdong＇s and the national outward training by exploring its developmental tendency. The current situation of Guangdong＇s outward training is summarized as follows： the development of Guangdong outward training has reached a certain scale, and the binary mode plays a leading role. The coach of Guangdong＇s outward training is from the staff, the college graduates （PE major as the mainstay）, military veterans and others. The safety stan - dards of Guangdong＇s outward training adjunct equipment are incompliance with UIAA and CE. It is the develop- mental tendency of Guangdong＇s outward training which the specialization of businesses, the education of spread teaching in the universities, and the integration of tour spread.
