高校排球教学中排球意识的培养

Volleyball Consciousness's Cultivation of College Volleyball Teaching

排球意识是影响运动员技战术水平的重要因素。本文运用文献资料、分析研究等方法,从排球意识的概念、内容、形成及影响因素等入手,提出了排球意识的培养方法,为高校排球教学提供理论依据。

The volleyball consciousness is the important factors influencing players＂ technique and tactics. This paper, using literature review, research methods, from the volleyball consciousness concept, content, form and influencing factor, put forwards the training method of volleyball consciousness, and provides the theory basis for college volleyball teaching.
