摘要
本文以“中央衰老钟”和“自由基”学说为依据,以昆明种十月龄雄性小鼠为实验对象,对榆黄蘑发酵液的抗衰老作用进行了研究.结果表明,榆黄蘑发酵液能抑制脑B型单胺氧化酶(MAO—B)的活性(29.48%);对肝MAO—B活性无显著影响(P>0.05);能降低肝过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量(34.62%);使心肌脂褐素含量下降(40.50%);增高皮肤羟脯氨酸(HYP)的含量(6.41%)以及提高红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性(14.10%).据此,可以认为榆黄蘑发酵液具有良好的延缓衰老的作用。
This article studies the anti-aging effect of the zymosis juice of pleurotus citrinopieatus Sing, The result of the experiment shows clearly that B-type monoamine oxidase (MAO-B) of mouse brain reduces (29.48%); but MAO-B of the liver no significantlyj lipid peroxide (LPO) of the liver (34.62%) and lipofuscin of its heart-muscle (40.50%); the hydroxyproline (HYP) in the skin and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood, however, increase (6.41% and 14.10%) respectively. Therefore, zymosis juice of Pleurotus citrinopieatus Sing is supposed to have good anti-aging effect.
