实施不同的阳光体育运动对小学生体质健康的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究采用不同的管理模式,持续几年实行不同体育锻炼对小学生体质健康的影响。方法:对2008年入学6个班的新生,随机分为"实验班"和"对照班",以不同的锻炼内容、方式实施的阳光体育运动,并采取了不同的管理以保证锻炼得以顺利运行。结果:连续4年在每年级的第一学期期末进行学生体质健康测试,并对所采集到的数据进行数理统计和分析。结果显示:2011年"实验班"的各项体质健康测试指标均比2008的指标有了显著性提高(p<0.05),也有多项指标比同期的"对照班"显著性提高(p<0.05);而"对照班"有的指标有所提高,有的指标则提高不明显。结论:在体质健康水平方面,"实验班"比"对照班"具有更全面深刻的影响和显著性的提高。建议:教育行政部门、学校领导重视落实"每天锻炼一小时"的阳光体育运动,将对学生体质健康水平的提高大有益处。 Objective: To study the different management pattern, last for several years to implement different physical exercise on primary school students'constitution health effects. Methods: The new students of 6 classes in 2008, were randomly divided into " experimental class" and " control class ", with a different training content, implementation of the sunshine sports, and adopt different management to ensure train running smoothly. Results: for 4 consecutive years, some indexes of student physical health were tested in the first semester of each academic year, and statistics and analysis of collected data were done. The results show that the physique health test inde- xes of "experimental class" had significantly increased ( p 〈 0.05 ) in 2011 than in 2008, some indexes of "exper- imental class" also had significantly increased (p 〈 0.05 ) in the corresponding period; and some indexes of "con- trol class" increased, and but some indexes were not significant. Conclusion: the level of physical health, "ex- perimental class" has a more profound influence and significant improvement than " control class". Suggestion: the administrative departments of education, school leaders attach importance to implement the "exercise one hour a day" sunshine sports, to raise the level of students'physical constitution and health benefits.
