生大黄脐疗对结肠造口患者规律排便的影响

Effect of hilum therapy by rude rhubarb on facilitating regular defecation for colostomy patients

目的探讨生大黄脐疗对结肠造口患者规律排便的影响。方法浙江省肿瘤医院大肠科及浙江大学医学院附属第二医院肿瘤外科直肠癌术后结肠造口患者60例,按入院日单双号分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行常规护理外,术后15d开始予生大黄脐疗30d。术后3个月比较两组患者规律排便形成数及月造口袋使用数。结果规律排便者观察组19例、对照组4例,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);每月使用造口袋数量观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)结论生大黄脐疗能使结肠造口患者尽早规律排便。

Objective To study the effect of hilum therapy by rude rhubarb on facilitating regular defecation for colosto- my patients. Method 60 colostomy inpatients after rectal cancer operation from colorectal department of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital and tumor surgery department of The Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine are divided into observation group and control group equally according to admission date. Patients in control group receive routine nurs- ing care. Patients in observation group receive routine nursing care combined with hilum therapy by rude rhubarb for 30 days from 15d after operation. Compare regular defecation number and amount of used stoma bags every month of two groups 3 months after operation. Result There is significant difference on regular defecation between observation group （19 cases） and control group （4 cases） （P〈0. 001）. Amount of used stoma bags every month is less in observation group than in control group. The difference is significant （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Hilum therapy by rude rhubarb can help facilitating regu- lar defecation for colostomy patients.
