Research on the CY8CTMA340 Capacitive Touch Screen Controller

主要研究了一个新型的电容触摸屏控制器CY8CTMA340的特性和应用。它能支持多点触控(多达4个手指同时在触摸屏上);可以识别手势;拥有256个传感节点;低功耗,支持双电源供电;有最佳的防水性能等改进性特点。另外介绍了它的工作原理以及其I2C通信协议,最后给出了基于此控制器的一个应用实例。

This paper mainly studies the characteristics and application of a new type of capacitive touch screen controller CYSCTMA340. It can support more points of touch control （as many as four fingers at the same time in touch screen） and identify gestures ; its improved features are that it is with 256 sensor nodes, low power consumption, support double power supply and has the best waterproof performance. The paper also introduces the working principle and the I2C communication protocol, finally gives out an application example based on the controller.
