纵观古今中外,从历史与现实的角度阐述命运的内涵和影响个人命运的各种因素,分析个人、社会、广义文化、自然在命运中的作用;认为命运是世界上万物之间的普遍联系在个人人生中的表现和反映,美好的自然和社会环境是个人好命的客观条件,一个国家和民族的广义文化是人的社会基因;观念之变是社会改革的滥觞,个人应该积极乐观地迎接和改变自己的命运。

From the perspective of home and abroad, history and reality, explicating the connotation of fate and the factors that affect the personal destiny or fate, this essay analyzes the roles of individual, society, nature, and culture in a broad sense. It comes to the conclusion that fate is the universal and pervasive links among things in the world which is reflected in personal life. Wonderful natural and social environments are objective conditions of good individual fate; national culture in a broad sense is the social genes of a person. Any social reform originates from the change of idea. People should be positive and optimistic to meet and change their own fate.
